Cleanfeed filtering to a differnent News Group

You can easily refeed them with Net::NNTP, but do not forget that:
- you must change the Message-ID, as they have already been refused
- you must add a check to not reprocess them a second time
- you will not feed whole articles, but only the subset of headers which
  cleanfeed can access (could somebody add a knob to INN to allow
  filtering on all headers? Please?)

If you manage to do this please send your cleanfeed.local and I will add
it to the distribution.

About cleanfeed development: in the last year I did not have access to a
big enough server to test cleanfeed on, and currently I am involved in
DNS-related activities which probably are going to take most of my free
time for the next few months. OTOH, I promise that if enough people will
send well tested and documented patches I will make an interim release.
(If you have sent patches in the past, I'm sorry to tell you that they
have been lost when I deleted my cleanfeed mail folder by mistake...)
I do not plan to abandon cleanfeed, but I do not know yet when it will
become again my main project.
