What needs to be changed from the default configs?

The bad_ files have a lot of information in them by default. Are those 
still valid or will I throw away legit posts? (bad_adult_paths, 
bad_cancel_paths, bad_hosts, bad_paths)

Is there any place where there are a list of unwanted hosts? I seem to 
recall a list of open servers before, but thats 7-8 years ago.

Or even better, is there a webpage that have updated configs that I can 
download and use?
