posting to linux.* newsgroups

posting. Please do not reply to this message.]

Some of you subscribed to the authorization mailing list but still could
not post to the newsgroups. This was a bug which has just been fixed.

Posting has just been enabled for all linux.debian.* groups.

Gating policy for other lists will have to be discussed with the list
owners.
